When police arrived at the house, they immediately saw two people there. Gabriel pulled a gun from his waistband, while the other individual fled to the back of the residence. A Pitbull dog attacked one of the police officers, who fired a shot, killing the animal.

Inside the residence, Gabriel’s accomplice was detained while trying to escape through the back. ‘Acre’ allegedly pointed a gun at the police, who reacted, hitting him in the chest. He was rescued, but he succumbed to his injuries and died.

During the search of the house, the police found eight cell phones already packed to be thrown and four more that were still being prepared, in addition to eight portions of marijuana. ‘Acre’s’ partner stated that he met him at a woman’s house and was invited to throw drugs at the penitentiary.
