Do you need to resolve disputes with the State Procon? From Monday (6), the consumer service agency will serve the population at a new address. The notice of change of headquarters is published on the official website of Procon, an institution linked to Sead (Secretariat of State for Social Assistance and Human Rights).
With the change, Procon-MS, previously located on Rua 13 de Junho, will now serve Rua Padre João Crippa, Nº 3115, Bairro São Francisco, central region of Campo Grande.
Opening hours are from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm for registering complaints, providing guidance, hearings, consulting processes and filing documents.
In August 2023, Proncon-MS opened a public consultation in search of a new address to serve consumers in the Capital. According to a publication in the DOE (Official State Gazette), the new headquarters needed to be located in the central area of Campo Grande. The minimum requirements included having a usable area of 2,500 square meters, accessibility, 30 parking spaces and easy access to public transport.
