Rede SAC is introducing the video assistance in Brazilian Sign Language (Libras), promoting accessibility. Now, citizens can access this functionality through the State Services Platform website or the ba.gov.br application, available for Android and IOS.
To use the service, simply access the “Accessibility” section at the top of the page to obtain all the information necessary to receive assistance.
According to Bruna Santiago, director of management and quality at Rede SAC, this measure represents progress in promoting inclusion. She highlights the importance of this tool for the deaf community in the digital worldhighlighting Rede SAC’s commitment to inclusion and equal access to its services for all people.
Furthermore, the Administration Secretariat (Saeb) provides the official website (www.saeb.ba.gov.br) and the SAC institutional website (www.sac.ba.gov.br)in addition to the telephone numbers: (71) 4020-5353 (call from a cell phone) or 0800 071 5353 (call from a landline) for more information.
