- Track 1: individuals with a monthly income of up to 2 minimum wages and debts of up to R$5,000, registered in CadÚnico (Single Registry for Social Programs of the Federal Government).
- Track 2: individuals with a monthly income of up to 3 minimum wages and debts of up to R$35,000.
