With 800 exhibitors occupying an area of 530 thousand m², on a total of 25 kilometers of streets, Agrishow received an audience of approximately 195 thousand people in 2024, a number equivalent to that of the previous edition.

The profile of visitors included rural producers from small, medium and large properties from all regions of the country, as well as abroad. “Although the scenario was not the most favorable for the sector, with the climate, high interest rates and lack of controlled resources, the fair’s expectations were exceeded”, stated João Marchesan, president of Agrishow, in a press release.

Marchesan attributed much of the growth achieved by the event to family farming producers, the target segment of most of the credit lines announced for this edition.

The fair’s president also stated that changes to Agrishow’s mobility and infrastructure allowed visitors a better experience this year. “We maintained visitors and increased business intentions. And we hope that, next year, Brazilian agribusiness will be even stronger and more vibrant”, concluded Marchesan. In 2025, Agrishow number 30 should take place between April 28th and May 2nd.

Records in credit granted

The mark of R$3.2 billion in proposals accepted by Banco do Brasil was reached on Thursday night (2), the penultimate day of Agrishow, and could still rise. In a note, BB informed that the value “exceeded the initial estimate” and “represents the institution’s record in all the fairs in which it participated.”
