Armac (ARML3): board will now include Amaury Bier and José Augusto Carvalho Aragão

Armac Locação, Logística e Serviços (ARML3) reported on Friday, 26, that the election of members of the board of directors, with a unified term of office of 2 years, was approved at the general meeting of shareholders.

The board of directors will now include Amaury Guilherme Bier and José Augusto Carvalho Aragão.

José Augusto Carvalho Aragão founded Armac in 1994 and, since then, has worked exclusively for the company. Currently, José works as director of machines at the workshop in Vargem Grande Paulista – SP. Prior to that, he also served as a full member of Armac’s board of directors in 2021.

Amaury Guilherme Bier has a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of São Paulo and throughout his career he has played key roles in important organizations.

In 2004, he joined Gávea Investimentos, becoming president (CEO) in 2007, a position he held until 2022. Amaury holds the position of Co-CIO Private Equity at Gávea. He was also executive director at the World Bank, IFC and MIGA between 2002 and 2004, contributing significantly to global economic development initiatives.

His career also includes the position of Executive Secretary of the Ministry of Finance in Brazil from 1999 to 2002, where he played a crucial role in the federal privatization process between 1998 and 2002.

Prior to that, he served as chief economist at the Brazilian Ministry of Planning and Budget from 1996 to 1998, and at Citibank Brasil from 1994 to 1996. In addition, Amaury served as chairman of the board of directors of Banco do Brasil, Caixa Econômica and Banespa .

CPFL Energia (CPFE3): assembly approves distribution of R$ 3.1 billion in dividends

The CPFL Energia (CPFE3) meeting approved on Friday, the 26th, the distribution and payment of dividends in the amount of R$3,173,281,759.85, equivalent to R$2.753976596 per common share issued by the company.

Payment will be made by December 31, 2024. The date has yet to be defined.

Shareholders holding shares on Friday, April 26th will be entitled to dividends. From April 29, 2024, the shares will be traded “ex-dividend”.

Allos (ALOS3) confirms negotiations for the possible acquisition of a 54% stake in Shopping Rio Sul

Allos (ALOS3) confirmed on Friday night, the 26th, that it is in negotiations regarding the possible acquisition, together with a group of financial investor partners, of a 54% stake in Shopping Rio Sul owned by Brookfield.

Rio Sul is located in Botafogo, in the south of Rio de Janeiro. It is one of the largest and oldest in Rio.

The information was released earlier in the Broadcast column of the Estadão newspaper.

The company also informed that the value of the transaction being negotiated is R$1.1 billion to R$1.2 billion, “different from what was mistakenly disclosed in the aforementioned news”, explained Allos.

According to the company, “there is currently no binding document signed with the sellers”.

Yduqs Dividend (YDUQ3)

Shareholders of Yduqs (YDUQ3) gathered at an ordinary general meeting held on Friday, 26th, approved the distribution of dividends totaling R$160 million, of which R$80 million had already been declared and paid in advance.

The remaining amount of R$80 million, which corresponds to R$0.2745 per share, will be paid to people who hold shares in the company on Friday, 26th (base date).

The shares will be traded ex-dividends from April 29, 2024, inclusive. Payment of dividends will be made until the end of the 2024 fiscal year.

Eletromidia Dividend (ELMD3)

Eletromidia’s ordinary general meeting (ELMD3) held on Friday, 26th, approved the distribution of dividends in the amount of R$ 12,055,901.54 equivalent to R$ 0.08664701550 per share to determine the dividends.

Payment will be made by May 24, 2024. Shareholders holding shares issued by the company on Friday, April 26 will be entitled to receive payment. The shares will be traded ex-dividends from April 27, 2024.

Dividend from Padtec Holding (PDTC3)

Padtec Holding (PDTC3) reported on Friday, 26th, that its extraordinary and ordinary general meeting approved the distribution of dividends in the amount of R$ 3,674,390.78 corresponding to R$ 0.046220714 per common share.

Holders of common shares issued by the company will be entitled on Friday, 26th. The payment date will be announced later.

Veste Dividend (VSTE3)

Veste (VSTE3) shareholders gathered at an ordinary general meeting held on Friday, April 26, approved the distribution of dividends.

The total value of the dividends is R$5,410,009.99 corresponding to R$0.047456 per share.

Holders of shares issued by Veste on April 26, 2024 will have the right. The company’s shares will be traded “ex-dividends” from April 29, 2024.

Dividends will be paid on May 31, 2024.

Mills Dividend (MILS3)

Mills (MILS3) reported on Friday, 26, that its annual general meeting approved the proposal to declare additional dividends for the 2023 fiscal year.

The total amount is R$1,596,215.35 to be credited to shareholders on May 30, 2024, corresponding to R$0.00660958628 per share.

The base calculation date for the distribution will be the shareholding position of May 2, 2024 (record date). From May 3rd, inclusive, shares issued by the company will be traded “ex” dividends.

Allied Technology (ALLD3)

Allied Tecnologia (ALLD3) updated the value per share of interest on capital approved on March 21st. It went from R$ 1.07272447623 to R$ 1.06976308021.

The change occurs due to the board of directors having approved the increase in share capital, with the consequent issuance of 258,060 new common shares.

The payment date was set at July 31, 2024, benefiting shareholders holding the company’s shareholding position on April 15, 2024 (cut-off date), with shares being traded “ex-JCP” from April 16 .

Holy Land (LAND3)

The meeting of Terra Santa Properties Agrícolas (LAND3) approved the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2023, in the total amount of R$ 8,363,393.07, corresponding to R$ 0.086931164 per share, excluded treasury shares. The company’s shareholders on the base date of April 26, 2024 will be entitled to dividends.

The shares will be traded ex-dividends from April 29, 2024.

Dividends will be paid on May 24, 2024.

Irani Assembly (RANI3) approves payment of dividend

The Irani (RANI3) meeting held this Friday, 26th, approved the payment of dividends.

Payment will be on May 15th.

The total value is R$93,638,056.02 and the value per share is R$0.390521558. Holders of shares issued by the company are entitled on Friday, April 26th.

The shares will be traded ex-earnings from April 29, 2024 (inclusive).

Eletrobras (ELET3, ELET6): meeting approves payment of dividends

Eletrobras (ELET3, ELET6) informed after the market closed on Friday, 26th, that its ordinary and extraordinary general meeting, held on this date, proposed the distribution of dividends for the fiscal year ending in 2023, in the total amount of R$ 1,296,685,477.01 to the company’s shareholders holding class A, B and special (golden share) preferred shares and common shares.

The total value of dividends to be paid to shareholders holding class A preferred shares is R$346,525.49, equivalent to R$2.43075137906 per class A preferred share.

The total amount to be paid to shareholders with class B preferred shares is R$497,885,201.48, equivalent to R$1.82306353429 per class B preferred share.

Per special class preferred share (golden share) is R$0.40 equivalent to R$0.40380162990 per special class preferred share (golden share).

The total amount to be paid to shareholders with common shares is R$798,453,749.64, equivalent to R$0.40380162990 per share.

Only shareholders holding shares issued by the company included in the shareholder base on the date of the meeting, that is, Friday, April 26th (inclusive), will be entitled to receive dividends.

From April 29, 2024, inclusive, class A and B preferred shares and common shares issued by the company, which are traded, will not have the right to receive dividends.

Dividends will be paid on May 9, 2024.

Zamp (ZAMP3): meeting approves granting of share sale options of up to 4.2 million shares

Zamp (ZAMP3) reported on Friday, the 26th, that it was approved at an ordinary and extraordinary general meeting, the granting of Stock Option of up to 4,267,525 shares issued by the company, for the value of R$ 6.50 per share, to be granted to beneficiaries of share grant plans whose vesting periods were accelerated on January 3, 2024, this option to be exercised against the company, characterizing a repurchase of shares by the company through private operations, and that the beneficiaries must respect a lock-up period until August 20, 2024.
